Sally Lamacraft

Senior Scrum Master

Sally is an experienced Agile Practitioner with over a decade of experience delivering value using agile methods. Her background is originally in software development and delivery, but over the past eight years has spent time in a number of different industries as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Agile Delivery Manager teaching and mentoring teams to transform their processes and ways of working. Sally believes in a collaborative and data-driven approach to continuous improvement, using metrics to provoke thoughtful team conversations and drive creative solutions to problems. Her approach blends traditional Scrum with Kanban, encouraging teams to focus on flow and efficiency as a way to unlock value.

Sally is a Certified Scrum Master and additionally holds ProKanban qualifications in Professional Kanban and Professional Applied Metrics.

Alan Crameri

Analytics & Consulting Director

Alan has over 25 year’s experience of project delivery, initially within the Engineering sector, then moving towards software, data and AI. He has worked with a range of clients and industries, including law enforcement, aerospace, food production, technology, higher education, local government and utilities. He has been working with Agile for the past 10 years, and has blended Agile techniques with waterfall project delivery in transformational projects for some of the UK’s largest police forces.

Alan is a Registered Scrum Trainer, as well as a Registered Scrum master and Product Owner.

Mat Bradshaw

User Experience Designer

Mat brings over 20 years of design experience to his role as a Design Thinking facilitator. With a diverse background across all design disciplines, Mat has a deep understanding of what it takes to translate user needs into innovative solutions across all industries.

Currently Lead UX designer at Collaboraite, Mat leverages his industry knowledge and practical skills to guide participants through the Design Thinking process, empowering them to tackle complex challenges with a human-centered approach.
